This five bedroom four bath log cabin is located directly on the river in the middle of town. Located across the street from Brandenburg Park, this cabin is walking distance to shops and food, as well as, easy access to the Platinum Chair Lift at the Ski Area.
This mountain townhouse is located on the east end of town right off Main Street. Two of the three bedrooms in this townhome are on the first floor along with a full bathroom and a washer and dryer. Enjoy the view of our mountain town from the second floor deck while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage.
The location of Claim Jumper A4 is hard to beat. Located right across the street from the Platinum chair and across the street from the town ponds. This townhouse is considered ski in and out during the winter months due to its location. Only one block from Main Street, this home is close to the Der Markt, shopping, and dining.
Cottonwoods Full Property is a six bedroom duplex with plenty of room for your whole family because it sleeps up to 20! You can rent one side of the property or both if you need the extra space. This property also has plenty of trailer parking for your OHVs as well as a huge front deck to enjoy the cool mountain breeze.
Located on the river and slightly secluded, this luxurious home is perfect for a big family reunion. This four bedroom home sleeps up to 16 guests. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room make it seem like you’re outside in the forest. Step out onto the oversized deck and cook burgers on the grill while your children roast marshmallows using the firepit below.

Sleeping up to 6 guests and pet friendly, this townhome is on the east end of town and perfect for a small family who wants to get away for a weekend. With great views of the mountains, this property is in the perfect location as it is close to one of our newest wineries, Noisy Water Winery.
One of our newest properties is Lifts West 208 and is on Main Street. The central location of this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo makes it easy to walk to the ski area, restaurants, and shopping. Guests of 208 have access to a coin-operated laundry room as well as a heated swimming pool during the summer months.
The Ponderosa Lodge, nestled right on Main Street, is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something small and for only a few nights. Our ‘A’ rooms feature a futon in the living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. In the separate bedroom there is a queen bed, making these rooms sleep 4 guests. Our ‘B’ rooms feature two queen beds and a bathroom. In the room there is also a small table with two chairs, which is great for morning coffee. Renting an ‘A’ and ‘B’ room together is also available and may fit your family better as there is a door located between the two rooms that can be unlocked.
The Loft is located directly above the new dessert shop, Lil Willies, on Main Street. Not only will you have easy access to the treats beneath you, you are walking distance to everything you could need. Views of the ski runs are visible from the private balcony that overlooks Main Street as well.
This private home is located right off Main Street and comes with a game room in the basement including air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, and video games. Rent this house in the summer when you bring your ROVs since there is trailer parking and you can drive your ROV from the driveway to the trails. The outdoor firepit is perfect for summer nights while enjoying smores and Red River Brewery’s Lazy Bear Blonde beer.
