When it comes to protecting our guests and our Reservations Unlimited team there are many different things we are doing to protect them. Masks are required in Red River while entering the Reservations Unlimited office, the Der Markt, as well as all retail stores and restaurants, such as The Brewery. Please comply and protect yourself and others during this unprecedented time. There are also porta-potties and handwashing stations available for you to use throughout our town of Red River to help keep you safe. It is very important for us to keep our guests safe and for that reason, we are cleaning our properties to an extra extent.
It is important to read extensively when it comes to protecting ourselves from getting sick and/or spreading germs. Head on over to the Center Disease Control website for more information on how to protect and keep your loved ones safe and well.
Warmer temperatures and direct sunlight will reduce the amount of time the virus can survive. Open all doors and windows in order for airflow and fresh air.
Disinfecting Areas
During this time our staff is continuously wiping down all surfaces with soap and water before using a disinfectant. This includes all of our rental properties as well as our office. By wiping down surfaces with soap and water it reduces the amount of germs and dirt while the disinfectant actually kills the germs. We are cleaning surfaces that are frequently touched such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and ceiling fan pulls. We use a disinfectant that has hydrogen peroxide as an ingredient to help kill the germs. It is very important that when disinfecting to keep the surface wet for at least 5 minutes before wiping down so that it has time to react and kill whatever may be on the surface.
Reservations Are Spread Out
In order to keep our staff and guests safe during this time we are trying to space departures and arrivals one full day apart. This allows the property to be vacant and aired out before the cleaning procedure begins. Once we enter the property, the first thing to be done is spray disinfectant and open all windows and doors that lead outside. This helps with the flow of air and killing of the germs in order for us to safely go inside to start cleaning.
Social Distancing Is Practiced
We ask that you please call our office and we will provide help with what to do when it comes to checking in. The process of towel exchanges has also been changed. We ask that you call the office with a number count so that we may gather them and have it ready for when you head to the office. We have a basket outside our front door to drop your dirty towels in exchange for new clean ones. We are trying our best to keep everyone safe, so please wear a mask if you must enter our office.
